Envelope & Explanation

  • 👉 How to address an envelope?

    • Write the return address in the upper left corner. Please be sure to fill in the return address above. If the letter cannot be delivered due to unexpected circumstances, the complete return address will allow your letter to return to you.

    • The recipient's address is written in the middle of the envelope. Please note that the address of the recipient must be filled in completely, and fill in the specific house number or room number to avoid losing items.

    • Don't forget to put a stamp on the upper right corner, or maybe the carrier will leave the letter in your mailbox.

ZIP Code Composition

  • 👉 What does each digit of the ZIP Code stand for?

    • The first digit designates a national area, which ranges from zero for the Northeast to nine for the far West.

    • The 2-3 digits are the code of a sectional center facility (processing and delivery center) in that region.

    • The 4-5 digits designate small post offices or postal zones.

    • The 6-7 digits designate a sector or several blocks.

    • The 8-9 digits designate a segment or one side of a street.
